Four Kingdoms Artisan Tea in a 50g pack

A blend of rooibos, apple, cinnamon and yoghurt - a perfect warming drink.

Ingredients:
Rooibos (81.0%), apple pieces (6.0%), salt, citric acid (E330), optional ascorbic acid (E300)], cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum burmannii) (6%), grated coconut, natural flavouring

Properties include:
antioxidants
remineralising
diuretic

Also, because it doesn't contain theine (caffeine), rooibos is ideal for people who are hypersensitive or who have a nervous nature.

Directions:
Use 2-3g to 200ml at 95 degrees C and leave to stand for 4-5 minutes.
