Obtained by solvent extraction from the resin of trees at least 7 years old

Properties:
Viscosity is treacly
Sweet, warm, vanilla-like smell
Golden brown colour

Uses:
Calming and uplifting on the mind
Acts as an anti-depressant
Boosts circulation
Eases respiration
Helps in restoring skin elasticity
Calms skin irritations redness and itching
For bronchitis, coughs and colds
Wounds, acne, eczema, psoriasis
Chilblains, rashes and mouth ulcers.

Other applications:
Used in massage and bath oils for easing general aches and pains
In creams for skin treatments
